you’re too in love to let it go.

You’ve tried.

you’ve tried so hard.

& you hear it so many times,

“just go out and have fun with the girls,

if your doing other things, it gets your mind off of him,

then soon, you’ll just forget all about the asshole”

you’ve tried it.

you’ve tried it all.

& that “asshole”

no matter what he’s done to you,

no matter how it happened,

how he went away,

how he left you,

is not an asshole to you.

EVER.

it’s impossible to think down on him

no matter what he’s done.

you love him.

you swear you always will.

some days, it feels like your finally  over him,

then tomorrow comes.

you think to yourself,

“i miss him so much”

“what can i do”

“i NEED HIM BACK IN MY LIFE.”

& it continues.

then it stops.

& then your missing him to death.

occasionally you cry yourself to sleep at night.

no matter what’s going through your mind

whether your thinking you don’t need him,

or you miss him like crazy and want him back that very second,

you still pray for him every single night.

you pray that he’ll be safe and that he knows you love him with all your heart still

& you always will.

you want him to know & you want him to care.

you pray that he’ll think about you.

& miss you just like you miss him.

you like the think that he does. But sometimes you get that thought that

he might not.

& that thought really hurts you.

so you continue to miss him,

and hope,

and pray,

and cry and do everything else that you do for this guy.

All because,

he went away.

& you will always

love him.

Everyone hates hearing me talk about you..
&& all of my friends call me stupid for wanting to be with you.
they tell me that i can do a hundred times better than you.
but nobody understands how much i truly care for you.

Have you ever noticed that the worst way to miss someone is when they are right beside you and yet you can never have them...when the moment you can't feel them under your fingertips you miss them? Have you ever wondered which hurts the most; saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing and wishing you had? I guess the most important things are the hardest things to say. They are the things you get ashamed of because words diminish them, words shrink things that seemed timeless when they were in your head...to no more than living size when they are brought out.... Don't be afraid to tell someone you love them. If you do, they might break your heart...but if you don't, you might break theirs. Have you ever decided not to become a couple because you were so afraid of losing what you already had with that person? Your heart decides who it likes and who it doesn't. You can't tell your heart what to do. It does it on its own....when you least suspect it, or even when you don't want it to. Have you ever wanted to love someone with everything you had, but that other person was too afraid to let you? Too many of us stay walled because we are too afraid to care too much...for fear that the other person does not care as much, or at all. Have you ever loved someone and they had absolutely no idea whatsoever? Or fell for your best-friend in the entire world,and then sat around and watched him/her fall for someone else? Have you ever denied your feelings for someone because your fear of rejection was too hard to handle? We tell lies when we are afraid.... afraid of what we don't know, afraid of what others will think, afraid of what will be found out about us. But every time we tell a lie....the thing we fear grows stronger. Life is all about risks and it requires you to jump. Don't be a person who has to look back and wonder what they would have, or could have had. No one waits forever...

 I never knew why it was called "falling in love", but i do now. You become in love with someone and everything is so great. It cant get any better. You feel like nothing can mess up because its so perfect. Once it cant get any better, you suddenly realize you no longer are climbing a mountain, you walk off the edge, begin to "fall" and realize nothing is perfect. You begin to fall straight down to reality. You stop getting their calls, they don’t talk to you in the halls, you stop having notes passed to you in class, they don’t brag about you to their friends, the compliments stop, they lose that sparkle in their eye, and all the sweet surprises are gone. As you fall you watch all the memories, good times, bad times, smiles, laughs, cries just pass you by. its gone, all gone. You’re back at the bottom of the mountain and this time you're all alone. Somehow you're trying to find the strength to climb that mountain knowing you could fall. You will have to find a new "guide" and hope they will help you know the best paths to take. They will help you overcome obstacles. They will be the one that shelters you when the rain starts falling. Once they help you reach the top, you pray they wont leave you. Not many "guides" will stay on the mountain forever, so be careful. Alone on a mountain you will fall and keep falling, If someone is there with you as you stumble, they will catch you before you fall. So before you "fall in love", understand that falling can be very painful. The person you hope will catch you could be the one that pushed you down.
